Now you need to know what the experience and journey of working with us will be like before you claim your date. I designed our processes and the experience we deliver to let you focus on being in love. On hand to offer advice and guidance when you need it. We’re experts at weddings and know what works, and I’m only ever a phone call away.

I know your wedding will be a one-of-a-kind celebration of your love. I also know you’re looking for someone you can trust to capture all the special moments of your day – the laughs, tears and emotions. So I want to reassure you that you can relax. Enjoy your day, laugh with your guests, pour another glass, and just be in the moment. I’ve got it in hand.

We understand how busy you are. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and stressful. With all the time and money you are investing, there are no second chances, so I know you will be keen to make the best choices for your wedding day, and that’s where we can help. For us, the experience you have working with us matters as much as the end results we produce.
I’ve been in the industry long enough to know what works and what doesn’t. The mistakes people make in their planning, and how to avoid them. I am on hand to help you when needed. WORKING WITH ME
FIRST STEPS
The first step to take is to contact us. We have limited availability and book up in advance. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking as soon as you’re ready. That said, we also know choosing your wedding photographer or wedding videographer is an important decision, and one you should be totally confident about.
You should find everything you need on the website. You can also check out the blog and our social media to see our most recent weddings. Please contact us with questions. If, however, you’d like to ask questions in person and meet us, you’re welcome to come and visit our studio. You’ll also get to see as many of our wonderful weddings as you’d like, along with beautiful albums and products, all whilst sitting on our comfy sofa with a nice coffee.
Pre-Wedding
Everyone knows planning a wedding can be stressful. Luckily for you, help is at hand. From the get-go, we’re there to help. From supplier suggestions, hints, and tips, along with detailed advice covering topics such as timeline planning. Not to mention giving you a chance to get used to being in front of the camera before your big day with one of our pre-wedding shoots.
Whilst we’ll keep in touch over the course of your journey with us, the actual work begins 8-10 weeks before your wedding when we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill in, ask you to firm up your timeline, and we’ll catch up with you on a final call to go through your day just before your wedding. This is where we’ll answer any last-minute questions you have, give you some last-minute advice, and make sure you’re on track for the big day.
The Wedding Day
We’ll normally arrive at the primary getting-ready location 2 1/2 hours before the ceremony. If you’ve booked a second shooter, they will be with your partner an hour before they leave. On the day we’ll be with you between 10-14 hours (depending on your timings) providing coverage until shortly after the first dance. We won’t leave until we’re sure we’ve everything we need.
On the day we aim to document your wedding in a relaxed and unobtrusive photo-journalistic way. The last thing we want is for you to feel you’ve got the paparazzi at every turn.
Every wedding day is unique, so we aim to capture those authentic moments that best tell your wedding day story.
Reliving Your Wedding
Assuming you opt for a standard edit, your wedding photos and film will be with you within about 12 weeks. You can opt to upgrade your edit to a fast edit if needed. We understand some of our couples want their wedding images or wedding film as soon as possible.
Once the edit is complete, we’ll notify you and you’ll come to us at the studio for your reveal and viewing. Here you can relive the excitement of your wedding, seeing your images and/or film for the first time. You’ll also be able to choose your favourite images for your album and you can add on any extras you’d like. Don’t worry though if you can’t attend a studio viewing, we can do all of this online.
ALBUMS & PRINTS
After your viewing, we’ll send you links to your online gallery. From here, you can share images with friends and family. You and your loved ones will also be able to order professional quality prints and products from within the gallery.
Whilst the digital galleries are beautiful, 90% of our clients opt to purchase their first family heirloom as one of our bespoke, hand-crafted wedding albums. Once you’ve selected your favourite images, we’ll lovingly create a beautiful album design you can proof and approve online.
Once approved, your album goes into production by our master artisans. Your wedding album will be ready to collect or we can ship it directly to you around 12 weeks from approval.
