Thomas & Katrina’s Engagement Session at Formby Beach

Katrina and Thomas will tie the knot at the stunning Holesfoot in Cumbria soon. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to capture their special day, and after their engagement shoot, my excitement has only grown. We ventured to Formby in Merseyside, where we embraced the breathtaking beach scenery and sand dunes, creating the perfect backdrop for this deeply in-love couple.

Together, we dashed along the beach with Ralph, their adorable dog, dancing on the sand, and soaking in the stunning views. They were absolute naturals in front of the camera, and I can’t wait for their big day, where we’ll document the next chapter of their love story with both photo and film.

As you consider your own engagement session, it’s essential to understand the value of capturing this special moment. My post on why to have an engagement session delves into the benefits of these pre-wedding shoots, while my guide on how to plan an engagement session provides practical tips to ensure your experience is both enjoyable and memorable.

Here are some of my favorite shots from this beautiful shoot.
